Land orientation: South to southeast
Soil: Call Vermell formation
Vines: Grafted onto American rootstock (R110)
Average age of vines: 11 years
Annual yield: 2.5 kg/plant
Annual production: 6,000 bottles, packed in boxes of 12 units
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Merlot 45% and Syrah 10%
Harvest: Manually, August 27th, 2015
Vinification: Controlled temperature of 14-16º C during the fermentation process, 21 days of maceration
Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks
Ageing: 8 months in the tank, 2 months in the bottle
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Acidity: 4.1 g/l
Residual sugar: 0.32 g/l
Bottle: 750 ml

Colour: This Rosé wine has the pale colour of the eye of a partridge.
Nose: Flavours of fresh fruit, strawberry, sweets, with good intensity.
Palate: Elegant, with a perfect harmony of acidity and alcohol, well sustaining.
Best served at 6-9º C.
